Enterprise CRM Meets Custom Real Estate Web Design

Salesforce is the most powerful CRM platform in the world, and a growing number of real estate teams and brokerages are choosing it for its unmatched flexibility, reporting depth, and automation capabilities. But Salesforce does not come with a real estate website. That is where we come in.

We build custom real estate websites that connect directly to your Salesforce instance through the Salesforce REST API. Every lead your website captures flows into Salesforce as a properly structured record -- with custom field mapping, source attribution, and workflow triggers that match your team's specific configuration.

Whether you are running Salesforce out of the box, using a real estate overlay like Rechat or Propertybase, or working with a custom Salesforce implementation, our integration adapts to your schema. We map your website forms to your Salesforce objects so your data stays clean, your reporting stays accurate, and your team can focus on closing deals instead of entering data. What the Integration Delivers

Full-spectrum data flow between your website and Salesforce

Lead Creation & Contact Sync

Website form submissions create Lead or Contact records in Salesforce automatically. We map every form field to the correct Salesforce field -- standard or custom -- so your records are complete from the moment they enter your database. No more incomplete entries that require manual cleanup.

Opportunity & Pipeline Automation

For teams tracking deals through Salesforce Opportunities, our integration can create pipeline records automatically when a lead meets specific criteria. A seller inquiry from a high-value zip code can trigger an Opportunity at the right stage with the right owner -- before your team even sees the notification.

Lead Routing & Assignment Rules

Salesforce's assignment rules are powerful, and our integration respects them fully. Whether you use round-robin distribution, territory-based assignment, or custom logic built in Salesforce Flow, website leads are routed through the same rules as every other lead source in your system.

Custom Field Mapping

Your Salesforce instance is not generic, and neither is our integration. We map your website data to your specific custom fields, picklist values, and record types. If your team tracks property type interest, budget range, or timeline as custom fields, we capture that data from your forms and deliver it where it belongs.

Source & Campaign Tracking

Every lead is stamped with source attribution data that feeds into your Salesforce reports and dashboards. Track which pages generate leads, which campaigns drive traffic, and which marketing channels deliver the highest-quality prospects -- all within Salesforce's native reporting tools.

Workflow & Flow Triggers

New website leads can trigger Salesforce Flows, email alerts, task assignments, and any other automation you have built into your org. Our integration creates records through the API in a way that fires your existing automation rules, so your workflows remain intact and consistent across all lead sources.

Why Salesforce Users Need a Custom Website

Your CRM handles everything after the lead arrives. Your website handles everything before.

01

Salesforce Has No Website Builder

Unlike all-in-one real estate platforms, Salesforce does not include a website. That gives you complete freedom to build something custom -- a website designed specifically for your market, your brand, and your business model. No template constraints. No platform limitations.

02

Match Your CRM Investment

If your team has invested in Salesforce, you are serious about data, processes, and scale. Your website should reflect that same level of sophistication. A custom build with native Salesforce integration ensures your digital front door is as polished as your back-office operations.

03

Clean Data From Day One

Salesforce admins know the pain of dirty data. Our integration is built to deliver clean, structured records that match your validation rules and required fields. No more leads coming in with missing data that breaks your automation or skews your reports.

04

Unified Reporting Across Channels

When website leads flow into Salesforce with proper source tracking, you can build dashboards that compare your website performance against Zillow, Realtor.com, paid advertising, and referral sources -- all in one place. Explore all the features we include with every build.

Technical Architecture

Built on Salesforce REST API with OAuth 2.0 authentication

Our Salesforce integration uses the REST API with OAuth 2.0 server-to-server authentication. This means your credentials are never exposed in client-side code, and the connection uses Salesforce's most secure authentication method. We create a Connected App in your Salesforce org with the minimum required permissions.

When a form is submitted on your website, our server-side handler authenticates with Salesforce, maps the form data to your object schema, and creates the record through a standard API call. Error handling ensures that if Salesforce is temporarily unavailable, leads are queued and retried automatically. You never lose a prospect.

For organizations with complex Salesforce configurations -- including custom objects, record types, or multi-org setups -- we conduct a discovery session to map your schema before building the integration. This ensures every field, picklist value, and assignment rule is accounted for before we write a single line of code.
